Leigh Rae Properties leases housing across London and the surrounding counties and manages it to a standard both landlords and local authorities can rely on.
Why we started
Housing teams across London are placing families into whatever is available, often at short notice and often further from schools and work than anyone wants. At the same time there are landlords sitting on empty properties who have had enough of agencies and voids.
We put the two together. We take the property on a lease, carry the compliance and management burden ourselves, and give the council a placement that is ready and documented. The landlord gets certainty, the council gets capacity, and the resident gets somewhere that has actually been checked.
