Getting started takes four steps

Questions landlords ask first
Typically three to five years. Longer suits us both, because the placement stability is what councils are paying for.
We cover day to day maintenance and any damage caused during our lease. Structural items and the building fabric stay with the owner, as they would under any lease.
Mostly two to five bedroom houses and self contained flats across London and the surrounding counties. Unfurnished is fine, we furnish where it is needed.
You will need consent to let and cover suitable for a company let. We tell you exactly what to ask your lender and insurer for before anything is signed.
